Whether it’s search marketing, customer experience strategies, the use of auto- or click-to-play video, the differences in techniques are marked. Experts from both areas will discuss the many fascinating differences and gain perspective—and useful strategies—from the other side of the fence. Attendees will learn how to strategically employ techniques used by both groups to drive conversion, revenue and customer loyalty.
