Mr. Altman co-founded MFLS thirty-three years ago and is one of the most experienced people in the fulfillment and logistics industry. He has been a guest speaker and panelist for ERA, Response Magazine, U.S. Post Office, National Postal Day, Southern California Marketing Association, National Web Marketing Associations and many other marketing associations. KennedyMaria Kennedy manages the largest Direct Response/Paid Programming team in the industry with a current staff of 21. KnowlesJeffrey Knowles manages Venable’s Government Division and heads the firm’s Advertising and Marketing Practice Group. He is also a member of Venable's Executive Committee. DeanyaDeanya T. Kueckelhan has served as Director of the Federal Trade Commission’s Southwest Region since July 2006. Ms. Kueckelhan supervises all of the law enforcement activities undertaken by the Southwest Region in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. During her tenure, Ms. Kueckelhan has managed a variety of consumer protection actions relating to, among other things, Internet fraud, business opportunity scams, continuity plans, telemarketing scams, advanced fee loans, debt collection and credit repair. Ms. Kueckelhan came to the FTC as an experienced attorney, having tried jury and non-jury cases in both federal and state court. She was lead counsel on a Texas Attorney General case against a discount travel club in which a Dallas jury awarded the largest verdict ever for the Consumer Protection Division of the Texas Attorney General’s office and she led the first Texas Attorney General case in which violations of the Texas no-call registry were successfully tried to a jury. Ms. Kueckelhan spent approximately 10 years in private practice. She has devoted the remainder of her career to public service.

MarinelloPeter Marinello is the director of ERA’s Electronic Retailing Self-Regulatory Program (ERSP). Before starting the program in July 2004, Mr. Marinello had been the associate director at the National Advertising Division (NAD) of the Council of Better Business Bureaus since 2000 and a senior staff attorney with NAD since March 1993. McNallyAaron McNally is a the head of sales for the TV Ads group at Google, Inc., joining the company in May 2007. He manages a large team that is responsible for recruiting agencies and advertisers to use the Google TV Ads platform, an online marketplace for buying, selling and measuring TV advertising. Prior to Google, Mr. McNally was Vice President, International, at DIRECTV, Inc. In his three and a half years there, he launched and developed DIRECTV'sWorldDirect service, targeting the ethnic television audience in the U.S. with over 50 channels and dozens of channel packages in 14 languages. Mr. McNally had worked at News Corporation and its subsidiaries his entire career prior to joining Google, beginning at Fox International in 1993, where he helped launch Fox's first international channel, Canal Fox. Mr. McNally graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Communication Studies. He also has an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

NeumanKaren Neuman is a partner with St. Ledger-Roty Neuman & Olson, LLP, a technology media and telecommunications law firm. VladeckDavid C. Vladeck is the director of the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Protection. The Bureau works to protect consumers against unfair, deceptive, or fraudulent practices. While at the FTC, Mr. Vladeck is on leave from Georgetown University Law Center, where he is a professor of law. He has taught courses in federal courts, government processes, civil procedure, first amendment litigation and co-directed the Institute for Public Representation, a clinical law program at the Law Center where he handled a broad array of civil rights, first amendment and regulatory litigation. Prior to joining the Georgetown faculty in 2002, Mr. Vladeck spent nearly 30 years with Public Citizen Litigation Group, serving as its director from 1992 to 2002. He has argued a number of First Amendment and civil rights cases before the United States Supreme Court, and more than 60 cases before the federal courts of appeal and state courts of last resort. Mr. Vladeck has testified frequently before Congress, advised Members of Congress on legal matters, and written on administrative law, preemption, first amendment, legal ethics and access to justice issues. In May 2008, Legal Times of Washington recognized him as one of 30 “champions of justice,” and one of the 90 greatest lawyers in Washington, D.C., over the past 30 years.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
